About Me

Untitled design-2_edited.jpg

I have been working with children and families for over 25 years. I hold a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Social Work from McGill University, as well as degrees from the University of Ottawa. I have completed additional training in EMDR and the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy, and obtained a Certificate in Family Mediation through York University.

I provide therapy to youth, adults, couples, and families, supporting individuals as they navigate stress, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. My approach integrates a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I offer specialized services in the context of separation and court-involved parenting matters. This includes parenting plan assessments (Section 30), Voice of the Child reports, mediation, and co-parenting support. I have extensive experience working with high-conflict family dynamics, child welfare concerns, and complex parenting disputes, and have previously served as a panel member with the Office of the Children’s Lawyer.

I am a registered member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
